Strategies for Supporting Individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) is a two-day workshop designed to introduce participants to good general strategies for supporting people that experience social, communication, and sensory issues related to ASD across the life span. Participants in this workshop should have a basic understanding of autism spectrum disorders and characteristics of persons with autism. The training is appropriate for special and general educators, administrators, paraprofessionals, related service providers, and parents. For all the dates below, registration begins at 8:30 A.M. and training continues from 9:00 A.M.- 4:00 PM. The cost is $30.00 per person and lunch will be provided.
